Can I Preview How It Works Before Deciding?
Absolutely! We offer a free consultation lasting 20 minutes. During this session, we not only get to know you better and address your needs and concerns through online chat
What Do We Need to Start Therapy?
Starting therapy is a step-by-step process. First, we initiate a free consultation to discuss your needs and concerns. Then, we determine whether a formal evaluation is required. If you have a current evaluation from the past year, we can use that information for your therapy plan. Following this, we proceed with either conducting a new evaluation to create a tailored therapy plan, or we use the existing evaluation in conjunction with parent interviews, observations, and informal screening. Once the therapy plan is decided, we can commence with your weekly therapy sessions.
How Does Teletherapy Work?
Teletherapy is simple and convenient. You'll need a device, preferably a computer or laptop, although therapy can also be conducted using an iPad or cellular phone if necessary, along with a secure internet connection. Your device should have both camera and audio capabilities, enabling us to interact while using engaging materials that aid in speech and language development.
How Long is Each Session, and How Often?
The duration and frequency of therapy sessions are customized to the unique needs of each client, taking into account your preferences and family requirements. Typically, it's recommended to have at least 30 minutes of therapy per week consistently to ensure progress and the retention of newly acquired skills.
Cancellation Policy:
We request 48 hours' notice for cancellations to avoid a $75 no-show fee, usually not covered by insurance. This policy ensures we can accommodate all clients and maintain the highest level of service.
Cancellation Policy:
For your convenience, we securely retain a card on file. This covers expenses not reimbursed by insurance and is essential for self-pay clients as co-payments and balances are due at the time of service. Rest assured, co-payments are collected when services are rendered.
